In order for the Downtown Seattle Association to continue managing and programming downtown parks, the city must renew the existing parks-management agreement set in place in 2016. The Seattle City Council will consider this renewal at a committee meeting on Wednesday, Sept. 20. Emailing the council ahead of this vote to demonstrate your support for DSA’s continued management and activation of these urban parks will go a long way toward ensuring these spaces remain clean, safe and welcoming for all.
