Summary

<p>Problem: The City of Harrisonburg will open a second high school (Rocktown) in Fall 2024 without any safe or feasible walking or biking connections. We don't build schools without roads or parking lots. We shouldn't have built this one without a safe, comfortable way to bike and walk to the campus. Building on the success of the first Connect Our Schools Campaign, we are relaunching our campaign to Connect Our Schools for biking and walking. Help us ensure the City of Harrisonburg explores all options to fund and construct an extension of the Bluestone Trail (a greenway connecting Stone Spring Road to James Madison University through Purcell Park) to reach Rocktown High School.</p>
