<p>I'm writing to you regarding HB 1579 Independent Prosecutions since you are a part of the House Appropriations Committee. I support the proposed substitute, which establishes the office of independent prosecutor in the Attorney General Office and limits the caseloads to the death investigation caseload from the Office of Independent Investigations.</p> <p>Please get this bill to the floor so that we can get this bill to the Senate, and to the Governor’s desk.</p>
