Collecting firearm retailer financial transaction data is a form of surveillance on law abiding gun owners, highly likely to lead to government registration.</p> <p>Those purchasing firearms from retail establishments already undergo an FBI National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) check, and any additional information collected would be aimed at otherwise lawful gun sales.</p> <p>Please vote "NO" on SB24-066</p>
