<p>As a fellow resident of Colorado, I urge you to OPPOSE HB24-1292 - the semi-automatic weapons ban.</p> <p>Semi-automatic rifles like the AR-15 are the most popular rifles in the United States for home protection and defensive skills-based firearm training and marksmanship competitions, and they’re increasingly popular among hunters.</p> <p>Banning such rifles will do nothing to stop violence and will only make criminals out of law-abiding citizens.</p> <p>Thank you.</p>
