Please, vote NO when it comes before your committee.</p> <p>If the bill is trying to prevent kidnapping, then that offense is already illegal. There is no need for this bill. The sponsor has not established any particular risks related to kidnapping and gender-affirming healthcare.</p> <p>This bill further stigmatizes youth gender-affirming care, which Tennessee outlawed last year.</p> <p>Thank you for considering my views.</p>
