Remove Caps Now - YES On House Bill 476 and Senate Bill 474
Dear [Your Elected Official],

As a voter in your district, I urge you to vote YES on House Bill 476 and Senate Bill 474 and let juries determine true justice.

Life-altering injuries caused by wrongdoing cannot be measured with a mandated cap on a Life-altering harm cannot be measured with a mandated cap on a Marylander’s worth. Current law diminishes suffering and limits a jury’s ability to deliver justice.
