I live in your district, and if I or a neighbor is harmed by a drunk driver, a large truck, or a multinational corporation, we deserve the right to hold wrongdoers fully accountable in civil court. Politically imposed caps reduce justice to a predetermined number and ignore real harm.
As a voter, I urge you to vote YES on House Bill 476 and Senate Bill 474 and restore the jury’s ability to deliver fair justice.
