It is Worth Ending Politically Motivated Caps

We need to fight back against big corporations and special interest groups that seek to limit our right to hold wrongdoers fully accountable for the actions that harm Marylanders.

When a doctor, a drunk driver, a corporate hospital, or a nursing home causes death or life-altering injuries to a citizen of our state, only a citizen jury that is free from politically mandated caps on justice can ensure the wrongdoers are held fairly and justly accountable.
