It is Worth Ending Politically Motivated Caps

Please hear me when I say there is only one way for Marylanders to ensure wrongdoers are justly and fairly held accountable for the harm created in our state. Citizen juries must be allowed to do their job free from government mandates influenced by special interest groups.

When a doctor, drunk driver, hospital, or nursing home’s negligent conduct results in death or life-altering injuries, Marylanders deserve justice delivered by a jury of peers rather than caps set by special interest lobbyists.

I ask you to trust Maryland citizen juries by saying NO to the restrictive caps imposed in civil court cases.
