Led by Senators Mazie Hirono (D-HI) and Susan Collins (R-ME) and Representatives Adam Smith (D-WA) and Don Bacon (R-NE), this bill has earned growing bipartisan support in both chambers of Congress. These individuals were brought to the U.S. legally as children and adopted into American families. They have grown up here; America is their home.
