<p>We are so excited to announce the filing of SB 1039 / HB 1102! This bill requires that healthcare facilities get informed consent, including naming the legal risks, before performing a drug or alcohol test on a pregnant person. We know that coercion and non-consensual testing at birth is a problem for many Tennesseans and we look forward to raising these issues at the Capitol.</p>
