COMPLAIN: Release political prisoner Wayne O'Rourke on tag!
Dear HM Prison And Probation Service,

I am writing today to address concerns I have about prisoner Wayne O'Rourke (prison no A9228FD).

He is carer for his disabled partner yet has been denied release on tag.

Maybe if he was a violent rapist you'd release him early like the rest?

He was sent to prison for social media posts, so there is no reason why he shouldn't be released on tag to care for his misses.

I request to know why he isn't released on tag.
