End PBM Greed: Protect Patients, Lower Drug Costs
Loss of our 22 Year old son. We need Meaningful PBM Reform today.
Dear [Your Elected Official],

Prescription drug prices are crushing families, businesses, and our state’s budget. Patients are forced to choose between life-saving medications and basic necessities—all while massive Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs) exploit the system for profit.

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has released two reports exposing how these PBMs drive up drug costs through hidden kickbacks and anti-competitive practices. These middlemen take billions in secret rebates from pharmaceutical companies, which then inflate prices for patients, insurers, and taxpayers. This must stop.

Last session, a bill to reform PBMs was introduced and had significant co-sponsorship however it never got called for a vote.

I urge you to resurrect this critical legislation and take a stand against corporate greed that harms our communities.

Wisconsin families cannot afford further delays.

Please fight for transparency, fair pricing, and patient-first policies.

The health and well-being of our state depend on it.

Sincerely,
[Your Name]
