House Bill 1318 would create dangerous loopholes: if a label is “sufficient” as a failure to warn, then it calls into question the entire product liability chapter as long as one follows the label.
That is not transparency; it is legalized concealment—and the casualties will be measured in tumors, lost pregnancies, and empty chairs at family tables.
