Let's Hold Chemical Companies Accountable!

As a citizen of your district, I’m counting on you to stand up to the big chemical companies
trying to force immunity for the consequences of their products.

Some of the same multi-national chemical companies selling us pesticides linked to cancer are the same companies selling us drugs to treat cancer. Now, those chemical companies want a law to give them immunity in court for the damage of their products. Enough is enough.

Please oppose immunity for these companies. You must vote against House Bill 522 because it gives foreign chemical corporations like ChemChina total immunity for violating federal pesticide labeling requirements.
