<p><strong>These two bills restrict acceptable voter identification making voting less accessible to young voters, military voters and more.</strong></p> <p><strong>HB684</strong>&nbsp;would narrow the number of acceptable forms of identity for voters, removing student IDs. Voters who are 18, US citizens, and domiciled in New Hampshire have the right to vote here and are asked to prove their identity when they do so. By limiting the types of IDs that are accepted, eligible voters will be turned away solely because they don&rsquo;t have the right documents &ndash; even when they can prove who they are and that they are eligible.</p> <p><strong>HB618&nbsp;</strong>changes the statute to only allow a&nbsp;driver's license issued by any state other than New Hampshire&nbsp;to be used for one election as identification.
