Let's Hold Chemical Companies Accountable!

Florida farmers are the backbone of our state. They work hard to feed our communities, but House Bill 129 and Senate Bill 922 would strip them of their right to hold foreign chemical corporations accountable when those corporations deceive them.

Farmers should not have to suffer financial losses or health risks because ChemChina and Bayer want immunity. If a pesticide label is misleading and causes harm, farmers should be able to take legal action. House Bill 129 and Senate Bill 922 takes that right away.
