Over 19,546 Ukrainian children, ranging in age from four months to 17 years, have been forcefully, systematically, and illegally transferred from Ukraine to Russia. There they have been subjected to political re-education, military training, and forced assimilation into Russian society. Russia's program of mass child abduction is one of the gravest horrors of this war.

I respectfully urge you to take decisive action, by co-sponsoring S.Res.236, to ensure that these children are safely returned home before any peace deal is finalized. Thank you.
