<h3>Stop using our tax dollars to support cruelty!</h3> <h3>I urge you to support the Cease Animal Research Grants Overseas (CARGO) Act. NIH has sent over $2.2 billion to foreign laboratories, many of which conduct cruel, outdated, and unregulated experiments on animals, including blinding monkeys, addicting rats to drugs, and poisoning dogs.</h3> <h3>These experiments cause unimaginable suffering, are largely irrelevant to human medicine, and lack basic oversight.</h3> <h3>The CARGO Act will stop U.S. taxpayer money from funding such inhumane practices and help redirect resources to ethical, effective science. Please support this lifesaving bill.</h3>
