Our Public Lands Are Still At Risk!
Dear [Your Elected Official],

As a lifelong hunter, I care deeply about our public lands. I strongly oppose any proposal to sell them off for short-term revenue, including the provision in the latest budget reconciliation proposal that has been offered by the Energy & Natural Resources Majority.

This idea keeps coming up in Washington, and it’s frustrating. Our public lands are part of something much bigger than ourselves – they’re a shared resource and a legacy that should be protected, not sold off for short term gain.

Selling public land might bring in some money now, but the damage would last forever. Once these lands are gone, we lose recreational access, wildlife habitat, clean water, land for public natural resource development, and the space that makes our country special.

Please stand with the many hunters, anglers, hikers, and families like mine who believe that public lands should stay public—now and for generations to come. I hope you’ll oppose this and any other efforts to sell them en masse.

Sincerely,
[Your Name]
