The bill is a gift to ChemChina, a company flagged by the Pentagon as a “Chinese Military Company,” whose paraquat pesticide is banned in China for its link to Parkinson’s, but still sold here without that warning on the label. Tell your legislators: Vote NO on House Bill 2476 and stand with Kansas farmers, not foreign chemical corporations.
