Dear [Your Elected Official],

Please oppose House Bill 2476 - immunity for these companies. This legislation is about holding global pesticide companies accountable when their products poison people in our communities; it’s not about labeling. You must vote against pesticide immunity legislation because it gives foreign chemical corporations like ChemChina total immunity for violating federal pesticide labeling requirements.

As a citizen of your district, I’m counting on you to stand up to the big chemical companies trying to force immunity for the consequences of their products.  

Some of the same multi-national chemical companies selling us pesticides linked to cancer are the same companies selling us drugs to treat cancer.  Now, those chemical companies want a law to give them immunity in court for the damage of their products.  Enough is enough.
