Transparency Now: Demand DOJ Accountability in the Epstein Case
Img 0183

Dear Attorney General Bondi,

Recent statements by senior Justice Department officials claim the latest Epstein-related file release represents transparency and closure. It does not.

This release exposes survivors to harm, reinforces secrecy, and protects powerful perpetrators. We, the American people, are not asking the Department of Justice to invent evidence. We are asking for the release of evidence that already exists, an explanation for why millions of pages remain withheld, and accountability under the law—regardless of wealth or status.

The disclosures were reckless. Names, identifying details, and reportedly explicit photographs were made public, placing survivors at serious risk.

The release is also profoundly incomplete. The government acknowledges withholding millions of pages without explanation, while the full scope of Epstein’s trafficking network remains concealed. Although federal authorities identified Epstein’s inner circle, only one accomplice was ever charged. The newly released materials offer no explanation for why others were not investigated or prosecuted, despite decades of reports and over 1,000 known victims.

We are not alleging guilt by association. We are demanding answers about rape, trafficking, and abuse—and why the justice system failed to pursue those crimes.

The Department’s actions mirror the very dynamics that allowed Epstein’s crimes to persist: secrecy for the powerful and consequences for everyone else. We, the American people, deserve transparency, accountability, and justice from the Department of Justice.
