<p>New Hampshire's proof-of-citizenship law is already creating barriers for eligible voters. HB 365 was supposed to help, but its floor amendment doesn't fix the problem. It adds a data-sharing bureaucracy, requires voters to declare themselves 'indigent' in public, and leaves same-day registrants with nothing. Tell your senator to oppose it and restore the affidavit process instead.</p>
<p>Let's urge Gov. Ayotte to veto this band aid fix as HB 365 is rife with it's own problems. </p>
