Two recent studies demonstrating the striking inapplicability of animal studies on humans should bring animal experimentation to a halt. Yet, cruel and useless animal research continues. Please urge NIH and the Allen Institute for Brain Science to heed the results of these new studies and replace ineffective animal research with human-relevant methods.
