Ujoin was born out of a simple frustration: advocacy software was either too expensive, too complicated, or both. Organizations doing important work — nonprofits, unions, coalitions, grassroots movements — deserved better tools without the enterprise price tag.

Founded in 2015 in Paducah, Kentucky, our team set out to build an advocacy platform that any organization could afford and anyone could use. We believe that the power to influence policy shouldn't be reserved for the well-funded.

Today, over 1,000 organizations across every state use Ujoin to mobilize supporters, contact legislators, track legislation, and win campaigns.

We all know we are in a new era in the age of AI enabled products. At Ujoin we don't take this lightly nor do we approach it with cavalier attitudes. While AI has the potential to bring humanity together in ways that can lift up everyone, it also comes with potential dangers.

At Ujoin we are committed to working with other organizations and companies to build responsible guard rails for AI. We are committed to doing whatever we can to make sure our product and others' do not have unintended consequences that result from irresponsible development or deployment.
