The Senate recently introduced S. 5046, a bill that will prevent the transfer of the Office of Special Education and Rehabilitative Services (OSERS) from the Department of Education (DoE) to the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

We ask that you reach out to your Senators and request that they join the legislation as a sponsor. The more sponsors the legislation has the more likely it is to pass.

We have provided the language, but ask that you include any anecdotal information about your experience that you can to make the case for supporting the legislation.
