Please, vote NO on SB2387 on Wednesday in the Senate Education Committee.
The bill was not written by child and youth advocates, which is reason enough to warrant a critical examination.
The Governor has expressed concerns about the issues the bill presents with respect to Title IX funds.
The bill also represents an enforcement nightmare for local school districts.
