Vote NO on HB54 this Wednesday

Please, vote NO on HB54. This is not a pro-business bill. The business community didn't originate this bill and they haven't been asking for it since it was filed.

Instead of creating a pro-business environment, the bill makes it difficult for state and local government to work with the private sector. It increases the odds that government will be sued and it opens the door to discrimination against Tennesseans.

This bill is a bad deal for taxpayers at the state and local level.
