Vote NO on House Bill 54 on Wednesday

Please, vote NO on HB54 when it comes before the State Government Subcommittee on Wednesday.

The State of Tennessee and local governments in our state need to be able to consider the policies of applicants for grants and contracts.  It makes the process more transparent and it makes sure taxpayers get a better value.

This bill opens the door to taxpayer-funded discrimination and ties the hands of state and local governments.

Thank you for considering my views.

Thank you for SB127 deferral, vote NO on Wednesday morning.

SB127 was deferred in the TN Senate after some raised questions that received conflicting answers. Send another email to your senator to show you are watching and want the Senate to vote NO when the bill comes back up on Wednesday. Tennessee does not need a Business License to Discriminate law.

I still oppose SB127. Please, vote NO on Thursday morning.

SB127 has been deferred 3 times because of YOUR pressure. It is finally up for a vote on Thursday morning. Use the form to contact YOUR state senator to stop the Business License to Discriminate bill.
