Vote NO on House Bill 54 on Wednesday

Please, vote NO on HB54 when it comes before the State Government Subcommittee on Wednesday.

The State of Tennessee and local governments in our state need to be able to consider the policies of applicants for grants and contracts. It makes the process more transparent and it makes sure taxpayers get a better value.

This bill opens the door to taxpayer-funded discrimination and ties the hands of state and local governments.
