Protect Women's Health. Ask Governor to Veto SB 1180 20 Week Abortion Ban TODAY.

Dear Governor Haslam,

Please veto SB 1180, an unscientific and unconstitutional attempt to limit access to safe, legal abortion care after 20 weeks. TN Attorney General Slatery issued an opinion that this bill is "constitutionally infirm" based on previous rulings.

Residents entrust our legislature to work on the myriad of challenges that we face here in Tennessee, not spend resources on politically motivated bills that create more problems. Republicans (62%), Independents (71%) and Democrats (78%), say this is the wrong issue for politicians to focus on.

Please, protect our constitutional rights and save taxpayer money. Veto SB 1180.

Sincerely,
