Please, vote NO on HB1274 in the Finance Subcommittee. Any number of the state's 137 public school districts could adopt policies that the Attorney General or a private law firm at the state's expense would have to defend in court.
School districts will be sued and they will lose.
Over 125 religious leaders in Tennessee oppose this bill.
A growing number of businesses oppose this bill because they know that an anti-transgender bathroom bill is bad for students and bad for the state's economy.
