CAMPAIGN DESCRIPTION

In December, Congress passed its second COVID relief bill, providing $600 checks to some Americans. However, this bill excluded the majority of college students who are claimed as adult dependents by their parents. President Trump vetoed the bill, asking Congress to provide larger relief checks. Now, college students have the opportunity to be included in COVID relief for the first time. The US House just passed H.R. 9051, providing $2,000 checks to all adults, including students who are adult dependents. President Trump has said he will sign the bill, so all that stands in the way of its passage is the US Senate. Use this form to tell Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell to bring relief checks to the floor for a vote and demand your Senators vote in support of it.
